The schedule rests on the finishing crew
A two-person crew erects 40 to 55 m² of structure a day and clads 8 to 11. That is why finishing capacity sets the calendar, and ours is in-house.
The building system
Steel Framing
Steel framing assembles cold-formed galvanized steel sections into load-bearing walls, floors and roofs. The entire structure is engineered and works as a single system.
Light
A fraction of the weight of masonry. Lighter foundations, simpler handling, minimal lifting.
Dry
Dry assembly from start to finish. Progress is set by the crew, independent of the weather.
Precise
Every piece arrives cut, punched and labelled. Steel waste under 1 %.
Stable
Holds geometry, resists moisture and delivers seismic behaviour that is predictable by design.

Manufacturing is backed by an alliance with an international cold-formed steel section manufacturer holding a United States licence, fourteen production units and on-site crew training. Calculations are delivered ready for signature by a licensed Salvadoran structural engineer.
